The Venue
Nestled in the heart of Mallorca, Sanau is a private retreat space designed for real relaxation and transformational experiences. The authentic Mallorcan finca is surrounded by lush gardens that invite you to explore and reconnect. Located just 30 minutes from Palma, Finca Sanau offers beautiful indoor-outdoor living spaces, a scenic pool and a yoga shala. It’s a true sanctuary for the soul and the perfect place for a personal transformation.


The Nourishment
Our private chefs will create fresh, nourishing meals inspired by Mallorca’s seasonal produce. Light, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared, the food is designed to support your practice, and overall sense of clarity. All meals at the yoga retreat are plant-based and crafted to nourish both body and soul. Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances ahead of time so we can accommodate you with care.

Your hosts Johanna & Carla
Johanna is a certified +600h yoga teacher. In her classes, she playfully weaves together breath and movement into a powerful flow that will guide you from the thinking into the feeling space. Her focus lies in exploring new movement patterns, building flexibility, balance and strength, and cultivating a deep awareness of the body.

Carla is a certified 600h yoga teacher, trained in Bali and inspired by nature and slow living. Her classes combine creative, embodied flows with calming yin practices, inviting deep presence and self-connection. Having taught around the world, Carla’s presence and attention to detail create spaces to soften, explore and remember what already lives within.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in on the 29.8 from 16:00
We’ll have a welcoming circle at around 18:00 and a joint dinner in the evening.
Check-out on the 5.9. until 10:00
Breakfast is scheduled for 9:00 on that day, and no further yoga sessions will take place.
